Overview
The Performance Creative Marketer supports the strategy and execution of digital ad campaigns, influencer content, and organic social initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who’s creatively minded, analytically curious, and eager to learn the ropes of performance-driven marketing and content development.
You’ll spend the majority of your time helping to brainstorm and build ad creatives that align with client goals, while also pitching in on influencer campaign coordination and ad campaign efforts. The rest of your time will go toward team operations and special projects that keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy Support
- Draft creative briefs and ad concepts in collaboration with the Creative Strategy team
- Review and log raw content for new ad creatives, identifying gaps or creative opportunities
- Conduct competitor research to spot trends in ad formats, messaging, or hooks and compile ad inspiration for your ad creatives
- Document performance trends from our top-performing creatives to build a creative testing roadmap of future ad creatives that will be built
- Help maintain creative approval sheets and ensure assets are delivered to clients on time
- Partner with the design team to coordinate edits and updates to ad creatives
- Collaborate with clients to understand their creative vision, brand guidelines and key messaging to develop ad creative assets
Influencer Campaign Management
Support influencer campaign execution by identifying talent, tracking deliverables, and coordinating sample shipmentsOrganize and maintain a content library of UGC and influencer videos for ongoing ad useNegotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverables with creatorsManage campaign timelines and coordinate with the influencers to ensure that content is delivered on timeCollaborate with the paid social team to concept and brief creators on performance-driven content needsProvide feedback and creative direction to influencers to optimize content for ad performanceAd Campaign Management
Assist the paid media team with ad campaign publishing and development, as neededMonitor ad campaign and creative performance in order to plan ad creatives appropriatelyManage landing page creation, including ideation, copywriting, and building pages using landing page builder toolsTeam Operations & Miscellaneous
Attend weekly team syncs for your clients and 1 : 1s with your managerJump in on brainstorms for ad concepts, campaign angles, and social strategiesQualifications
1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience (creative, marketing, social media, or agency a plus)Comfortable using platforms like Canva, Happy Fox, Meta Ads Library, or Google DriveExcellent communication and writing skills with a sharp eye for brand voiceOrganized, flexible, and ready to juggle multiple tasks across creative and social workflowsFamiliarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and general influencer / social trendsA proactive mindset and a willingness to learn by doingCompensation
