Growth Vantage helps service members launch civilian careers through the DoD SkillBridge program . We partner with clean energy and electrification companies to provide hands-on career transition experiences . As an HVAC Install Technician Fellow, you’ll gain real-world training and experience in home electrification and climate-friendly technologies.

You must be approved for the DoD SkillBridge program to apply.

Role Overview

As an HVAC Install Technician Fellow , you’ll join a growing electrification company working on the front lines of the clean energy transition. This on-site role will train you in modern HVAC systems, heat pumps, and building science while giving you valuable field experience.

What you’ll do :

Support experienced HVAC technicians in installing and commissioning heat pump systems

Learn how to troubleshoot and service residential HVAC systems

Assist with site preparation, equipment setup, and project documentation

Gain exposure to customer interactions and field operations

Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative jobsite environment
