Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist – Austin, TX

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days | Schedule : 5x8 Hour Shifts | Hours per Week : 40 (Guaranteed)

Compensation : Up to $3,000 per week (based on experience)

Job Description

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans for patients in a home health setting

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional independence and quality of life

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure cohesive patient care

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use to promote safety and self-sufficiency

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulatory standards

Conduct ongoing assessments and modify treatment plans as patients progress

Education and Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) License – Required

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (Home Health experience preferred)

Current CPR / BLS Certification
