About this role

As a Family Support Youth Mentor Supervisor, you will supervise staff, clients, and families participating in services on an individual and group bases weekly and as needed. Monitoring and implement the Continuous Quality Improvement process. Formulates and evaluates on a continuous basis the policies, goals, and standards of the program; develops methods and mechanisms for the evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the service delivery system and the program. Provides court testimony for purposes of child placement. Adheres to all COA standards and participates in PQI initiatives and COA preparedness

Does the following apply to you?

At least 18 years of age

Valid driver’s license

Minimum of Associate’s degree preferably in psychology, child development, family studies, or other related field with 3 or more years of experience working with children and families or BA.

Preferred but not required :

Experience working with directly with children and families, providing services involving case management, knowledge of child development, motivational interviewing techniques, and family systems
