Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain process and procedure documentation for client integrations
Develop, maintain, and deliver training sessions for team members
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, providing consultation and support for complex client implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of client service experience in the consumer-directed benefits industry
3+ years of project management experience with special projects
Experience working with diverse administrators preferred
Ability to execute detailed configurations, integrations, and implementations
