Under the general direction of the Manager, responsible for preparing and coordinating productivity reports, budgets and ad hoc analyses and monitoring of actual to budget variances utilizing information throughout Signature Healthcare Corporation. Prepare and coordinate physician / provider productivity / incentive compensation reporting. Provide reporting and analysis of revenue and expenses related to providers. Provide continuous improvement and audit of the provider productivity reporting and modeling process and implementation. Month end close responsibilities.

• BA / BS in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years Budgeting / Forecasting experience.
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, databases, spreadsheet and report creation and usage.
