The VA San Diego Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic team at the Kearny Mesa Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Here, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will :

• Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive health services.
• Diagnose, treat, and consult on a wide variety of adult medical conditions.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers and specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Evaluate and stabilize patients with emergent conditions, adhering to medical staff policies.
• Work within a Patient Aligned Care Team Model , caring for a panel of approximately 1,200-1,260 patients.
