Now Hiring : Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper

Mobile, AL | M–F, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | $50,000–$70,000 / year + Benefits

We’re seeking a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage the full spectrum of financial transactions and help keep our company running smoothly. This in-office role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting transactions and financial records
• Perform inventory control and maintain accurate ledgers
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and publish financial statements on time
• Conduct monthly and annual closings
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills :

Physical Requirements : Prolonged desk work; occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
