About the Role :

We're looking for a creative and motivated LMS Administrator & eLearning Developer to help us grow InsurAcademy our online school built to train the next generation of insurance professionals. Youll manage 100+ SCORM files in our Blue Sky Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging, innovative digital learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360 , Synthesia , and Vyond , all while ensuring content meets educational requirements.

What Youll Do :

• Provide LMS administration including course setup, user management, and reporting.
• Serve as a technical expert for troubleshooting and support.
• Onboard members and clients into our Agent Development Program
• Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions in alignment with InsurAcademy's strategic goals .
• Collaborate with internal teams, instructors, and partners to roll out curriculum in our LMS ( Blue Sky ).
• Ensure training materials are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
