Job Title : Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying adhesives, conductive materials, and encapsulants with precision. You will align and bond parts to tight tolerances using visual and mechanical inspection techniques while maintaining cleanliness and contamination control in a controlled environment. Additionally, you will document production steps and inspection results according to standard operating procedures.

Work Environment

This position is on-site, with working hours from 7 : 30 am to 5 : 15 pm, and every other Friday off.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Uniondale, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $54000.00 / yr.

9 / 80 work weeks. Employees complete 80 hours of week in 9 days and have every other Friday off (three day weekend every other weekend)

Company provides contractors with paid holidays (matching internal employee holidays) after 30 days

Company is located near public transportation
