A&F Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel retailer in apparel and accessories. The Key Lead role focuses on delivering a quality in-store experience and leading store operations on the sales floor.

Overview

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team. They act as Floor Supervisor, provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals.

• Work schedule requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays is required. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.
