Labware LIMS Consultant

A company is looking for a Labware LIMS Consultant to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Execute administration and maintenance activities in LabWare LIMS (V6 and V8) for the Massachusetts Biologics Operations site

Maintain master data and workflows, and assist with interfacing with instruments and other systems

Provide support to end users and resolve master data issues while managing changes in the IT ticketing system

Required Qualifications

3+ years in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry

Extensive configuration and development experience with Labware LIMS

Experience maintaining Labware LIMS master data and creating new workflows

Labware LIMS end user support and ticketing experience, with ServiceNow knowledge preferred
