What You’ll Do :
Provide skilled nursing care, including advanced seizure response and proactive behavioral interventions.Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.Educate and empower family members and support staff in best-practice care techniques.Serve as a clinical advocate and expert within the client’s home, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.Who We’re Looking For :
