Key Responsibilities
Own the creative process for paid social and paid search campaigns, collaborating with the creative team
Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns managed by a digital agency partner, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid social and / or paid search management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce setting
Strong understanding of creative strategy, A / B testing, and platform best practices
Proven experience collaborating with agencies and creative teams
Deep analytical skills with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify
Experience managing high-volume campaigns during peak retail periods
