Job Description :

• Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) – ideally, they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
• Implementation experience – understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind
• Testing experience – knows how to test a system / application using standard testing principles – creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all breakpoints, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
• Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
• Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly

Skills :  pension calculations, payment setup, and pension data entry / validation, Ability to design test plans, write detailed test cases, and cover edge / break-point scenarios, Hands-on experience managing system migration projects end-to-end, system implementations
