Repair doors, windows, thermostats Respond to staff requests for emergency services Continue work on all unfinished work orders Light construction Backup to housekeeping Decontamination of rooms / areas where Blood / Body fluid spills have occurred Conduct weekly walk through of all buildings replacing light bulbs and noting any maintenance concerns Preventative, routine and regulatory inspections.

Perform a variety of grounds keeping, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties for all locations. Assist Maintenance Mechanics on projects and other requests which would require assistance. Remain On Call for emergencies.

- Ability to work independently on small scale work orders, inspections or requests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
- Provide assistance as needed.
