Continental Siding Supply, a leader in home exterior products and services, is seeking a dedicated Window & Gutter Installer to join our team in Columbia, MO. As a Window & Gutter Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our installations, helping homeowners protect their properties from water damage and energy loss. Responsibilities : Measure and assess installation areas Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Cut, shape, and secure gutters and downspouts Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks Install gutter guards to prevent debris buildup Inspect and repair existing gutter systems Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations Install residential windows with proper sealing and alignment Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards Inspect completed work for compliance and customer satisfaction Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with clients and team members Other duties as assigned Required Skills : Experience in construction, roofing, or related field Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficiency with hand tools and heavy equipment Knowledge of plumbing and carpentry Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred Company Information : Ever since our founding in 1982, Continental Siding has grown from a Mom and Pop siding shop into a pioneer of the home siding industry.
