Supply Chain Analyst Systems Integration
This is an on-site hybrid role based out of Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Systems Integration to join the Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE) team in a hybrid, on-site role based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI. This newly created position focuses on integrating sourcing and supplier management systems, driving process standardization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
The analyst will collaborate with global supply chain teams, IT, and corporate leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, support enterprise-wide performance goals, and establish best-in-class procurement processes and policies.
Key responsibilities include :
- Contribute to Regal Rexnord's enterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives, supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B through data-driven insights and process optimization.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to successfully deploy new supply chain technologies across the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain governance framework, policies, and templates for procurement tools such as iBuy, iSupplier, spend analytics platforms, and other emerging technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and maturity.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of supplier performance management systems, strategic sourcing platforms, and spend management tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess business requirements, promote process consistency, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay abreast of advancements in procurement and supply chain technologies to inform and support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and performance.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support Supply Chain's strategic goals.
Qualifications include :
Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, EngineeringDemonstrated experience with supply chain systems implementation and policy documentationExperience with DOMO Business Intelligence Instances and Microsoft 0365 applications is a plusMinimum 3 years in Supply Chain roleDetail oriented and ability to be preciseProficient in MS ExcelWorking knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics toolsCapable of working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, performing effectively under pressure and strict deadlines, and prioritizing tasks as requiredAbility to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment. Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with broad base of business requirementsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsTravel : Approximately 25%

Compensation Details : $59,100 - $88,300
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
