We are hiring 2 compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners for full-time roles in Norman, OK, serving patients of all ages with preventive, acute, and chronic care. These positions offer independent contractor / 1099 status with a competitive 60% of collections, with potential transition to full-time W2 employment with benefits after one year.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications and procedures, managing pain, providing health education, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and offering telehealth services. Candidates need current FNP licensure, experience in family medicine preferred, and familiarity with coding and EMR systems. Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ongoing education are essential.
