Overview
We are hiring a GIS Solutions & Engagement Manager in Redlands, CA. This unique hybrid role combines technical geospatial expertise with relationship management, driving pre-sales success, designing geospatial solutions, and guiding clients from initial engagement through project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to prospect and capture new opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Identify expansion opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create geospatial applications using Esri technologies
- Conduct cloud readiness assessments and architect ArcGIS landscapes on AWS / Azure
- Design business processes and system architectures aligned with customer goals
- Coordinate between clients, delivery teams, and operations for seamless execution
- Act as liaison with Esri Technical Account Managers and stakeholders
- Manage projects from implementation to go-live and ongoing operations
What We're Looking For
Required :
5+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise salesProven experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, AWS, and AzureStrong background in GIS, cloud computing, and enterprise system integrationExcellent communication skills and ability to present across all organizational levelsBachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or related fieldAbility to travel 25-50%Preferred :
Certifications in Esri, AWS, or AzureMaster's degree in GIS or business administrationExperience with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systemsProject management certification or Agile experienceNote
