Role Overview
As a Customer Solutions Engineer , you will serve as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering. This hybrid role blends product management, implementation, customer success, and solutions engineering . You’ll guide customers through onboarding, help tailor solutions to their needs, and collaborate internally to ensure a smooth deployment and long-term adoption. While deep technical skills are not required, candidates with some technical experience (e.g., APIs, SQL, integrations) tend to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring smooth adoption
Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements
Manage multiple concurrent customer projects with high attention to detail and clear communication
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers in configuring integrations and workflows
Develop and refine internal processes to improve onboarding and implementation efficiency
Non-Negotiables
3–8 years of experience in implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or related roles
Recent hands-on experience with B2B SaaS software implementations
2+ years in a software company, ideally at a high-growth startup (Seed–Series C) or similar fast-paced environment
1+ year in a customer-facing role with a focus on improving processes
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Postman, or similar tools
Experience with construction industry workflows
Exposure to accounting concepts or systems integrations
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $110k-$160k
Bonus / Commission : Eligible based on performance
Equity : Available as part of total compensation
