Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support new business initiatives.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Manage accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and monthly financial statements.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Human Resources
Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with third-party providers.Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Lead quarterly incentive and recognition programs.Develop and implement HR policies, training, and best practices that align with company culture.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.2+ years of human resources management experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work closely with executives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Compensation & Benefits
