An established and growing organization in Norcross, GA is seeking a dynamic Controller / HR Manager to oversee all financial operations and human resources functions. Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support new business initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Manage accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and monthly financial statements.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Human Resources

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with third-party providers.
  • Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead quarterly incentive and recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, training, and best practices that align with company culture.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.
  • 2+ years of human resources management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work closely with executives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
