Software Engineering Manager

Job Description

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years leading technical projects
• At least 2 years experience as a people leader
• Strong technical background in JAVA, Relational and no SQL Databases (Postgres, Elastic, Oracle), Messaging systems (Kafka, pulsar, rabbit MQ), GitHub Actions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor software development teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud platform and services

A company vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
