Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve food safety, regulatory, and quality issues during shifts
Review and audit product attributes and mixing sheets for accuracy
Document holds and non-conformities, leading investigations and corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Previous quality control (QC) experience
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Background in food and beverage industry
