Position Overview

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative to help re-engage past prospects and maximize our customer opportunities. This role is key in connecting homeowners with the services they need while supporting our field sales team.

Schedule :

• Weekdays - late afternoon to evening
• Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous leads and prospects to reintroduce services and schedule appointments.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional information.
• Collaborate with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Track all activity in the CRM accurately and update lead status.
• Achieve weekly / monthly appointment and conversion goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
