Experience & Requirements : Active RRT Certification Active Maine or Compact License Current BLS (AHA required) Active NRP Certification Minimum 3 years of recent hospital-based experience Experience in acute and critical care, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations Familiarity with EPIC EMR Ability to float to NICU, PICU, ED, and adult units Preferred Experience : Current ACLS (AHA preferred) Experience in tertiary or teaching hospital settings Background in NICU / PICU or cardiothoracic care
