Mission Critical Project Manager

Our client, a leading General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their growing mission-critical team.

About the Role :

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, interface directly with clients and design partners, and play a key role in delivering world-class data centre facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

 Manage full project lifecycle from planning and scheduling to delivery and closeout

 Develop and maintain project budgets, cost controls, and progress reports

 Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

 Coordinate closely with owners, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals

 Lead project meetings, prepare documentation, and manage change orders and RFIs

 Drive accountability, performance, and communication across all stakeholders

Qualifications :

 5+ years of project management experience

 Proven track record delivering mission-critical, data centre, or high-tech facility projects

 Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost management

 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
