Pay :

• $18 - $20 per hour   Hourly + commission bonuses Benefits : Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunities for professional growth and development Employee discounts on MedSpa services and products Positive and inclusive work environment Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide them with a positive first impression of our MedSpa.
• Manage client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our appointment management software.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Provide accurate information about our services, products, and promotions to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collect and process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in managing client intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with the MedSpa team to coordinate client flow and optimize efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, complaints, or requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Sell packages and treatments to clients, explaining the benefits and recommending appropriate options based on their needs and goals.
• Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment management software.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values and atmosphere of our MedSpa.
