Defense workers' compensation law firm is looking to hire an in-person full-time Receptionist. Phone experience and phone etiquette a must. Seeking a dependable, reliable, organized, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

The position entails answering and screening busy incoming calls, set up all new workers' compensation files electronically in merusase, create and update medical schedule of records, sort through and organize voluminous PDF's electronically, among other tasks.

Ideal candidate must be able to work with urgency, yet pay attention to detail. Please submit your resume. [Work Comp experience a plus, as well as experience with meruscase and Adobe DC].
