Job Title : Assistant Pre-School Teacher

Location : In-person at 4550 Red Bank Expy, Cincinnati, OH 45227

Job Type : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $15-$17 / hr and a $300 Sign-On Bonus!

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CDA or associate’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with families and staff.
• CPR / First Aid certified or willingness to obtain.

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate attendance records and required documentation.

Conduct required developmental assessments (e.g., DECA, Galileo).

Build strong partnerships with families through regular, respectful communication.
