Onsite role and Full time

Key Responsibilities Architect and develop complex ETL workflows and data pipelines.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ETL processes.

Communicate project status, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain data quality and integrity across all ETL stages.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues proactively.

Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical designs.

Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in ETL design and development.

Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).

Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Apache Nifi.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with data modeling and data warehouse architecture.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming technologies
