We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals .

We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Storm Lake, IA. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.

Caseload includes : Gen Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Obstetrics, and ENT

Compensation : W2 or 1099 options

• $310,000 W2 option plus benefits
• 26 weeks of PTO
• $360,000 1099 option available
• $25k Sign on bonus
