  • Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator / Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide data platforms and analytics initiatives across a large, complex organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data-related issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of business intelligence tools and data systems.

As a liaison between data scientists, analysts, and business users, you will manage and maintain data environments, resolve , and promote data literacy across the organization. You’ll work with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and ThoughtSpot to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and actionable.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users with questions or issues related to enterprise data platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve Tier 1–3 data platform issues, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
  • Administer and maintain data visualization environments, including user access, data source connections, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and support self-service analytics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and ThoughtSpot.
  • Conduct data grooming, validation, and exploration to support business reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to end users and analysts on data tools, governance, and best practices.
  • Assist in documenting data definitions, metadata, and platform usage guidelines.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data administration, engineering, analytics, or platform support within a large enterprise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages like Python for data validation and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and marts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical users.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple business domains (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance, metadata management, and access control.
  • Exposure to agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in telecommunications or other consumer-facing industries is a plus.

    Pay : $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
