- Develop a release plan based on multiple scrum teams' capacity and velocity

Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration; Master's degree is preferred
Minimum 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager leading multiple Agile teamsExpert knowledge of both Agile and traditional technical project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit the project and business environmentSolid understanding of software development life cycle models and change management principlesExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members in 2-3 project teams each, including Engineering and Business System AnalystsBroad technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectivelyAbility to successfully interact with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive levelEffective leadership skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building with internal and external stakeholdersHands on expertise with Jira and Confluence or similar toolsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and VisioCertification / License : PMI-ACP, Scrum Master Certification
