About The Position

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in Bourbon, Indiana. You will work alongside an experienced Nurse Practitioner and deliver comprehensive care from pediatrics through geriatrics, supported by Epic EMR and a well-established medical network.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency completion).
  • Active Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain).
  • Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain).
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • Experience treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • EPIC EMR experience highly preferred.
