State Authorization Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring accuracy in higher education?

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated State Authorization Coordinator to join our team! In this entry-level role (known internally as Research Analyst), you will play a vital role in maintaining our institution's compliance with state authorization, National Student Clearinghouse reporting, and veteran student regulations.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Ensure Compliance : Process and maintain state authorization applications, adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Accurate Reporting : Submit timely and accurate regulatory reports to the National Student Clearinghouse and other governing bodies.
• Data Integrity : Manage student data within the National Student Clearinghouse, researching and resolving any discrepancies.
• Stay Informed : Proactively research and monitor changes in regulations, staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
• Clear Communication : Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding regulations and compliance procedures.
