Strategic Sourcing Manager

To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations specifically with warehousing vendors.

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our indirect sourcing initiatives within our warehousing and 3PL categories. This role is integral to driving cost-effective procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality and supply continuity across the organization. As part of the sourcing team, you'll play a key role in executing the strategic vision for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management of goods and services.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Implement and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including supply market analysis, strategy development, RFP management, bid analysis, supplier negotiations, and more.
• Build strong relationships across business units to develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage supplier selection processes using market analysis, RFPs, eAuctions, and data-driven approaches.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts while ensuring proper document control practices.
• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure they meet quality, service, and cost requirements.
• Monitor category market trends and indexes to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
