Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Jenson City Beach, FL and provide end-user support. This resource will work the day shift, Monday to Friday, in an on call rotation. This will be a 12 month contract with yearly extensions.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide operational support for the client organization's desktop and network environment including Microsoft Windows related activities, Microsoft Active Directory, LAN and WAN infrastructure activities, and handheld computing devices.
This position is unique in that it is not only highly technical but also requires a high degree of customer focus and contact that ultimately generates high customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for identifying new issues and trends, determining the root cause of the issue, and quickly resolving them.
Skills and Qualifications :
Wage Range :
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.87- $29.70 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
