RN School 25 / 26 School Year

The School Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of student / client care and / or contracted services in a schoolsetting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contractedservices. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare's philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n

• Graduate of an accreditedregistered, practical or vocational nursing program\n
• Licensed as a LicensedPractical, Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing\n
• One year of professionalexperience, preferred\n
• Current CPR\n
• PPD or chest x-ray if applicable\n
• Current Health certificate (percontract or state regulation)\n
• Must meet all federal, state andlocal requirements\n
