Maintenance Technician – Electro Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Systems

Location : 3301 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI

Schedule : Fulltime - Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)

Pay : $27.00 – $44.80 per hour plus $5.00 per hour shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd

Sign-On Bonus : $7,000

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician , you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and food processing and bakery equipment. You will work closely with our production team to minimize downtime and ensure that our equipment meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
• Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
• Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programmable devices.
