Brand Marketing Coordinator
Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid — 3 days per week in office)
Full-Time | Salary : $70,000 – $75,000 per year
Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer
Overview :
The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of integrated brand marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a deep appreciation for luxury fashion.
Responsibilities :
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns across e-commerce, CRM, social media, PR and retail.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist in copywriting, proofreading, and content management to maintain brand voice consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan and track press, influencer partnerships and organic social content.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to cooridinate and execute key stages of the go-to-market lifecycle.
- Support marketing activations, pop-ups, and retail events from planning to post-event reporting.
- Serve as a key laison between marketing and Brochu Walker retail stories.
- Conduct customer research as needed.
- Interact and coordinate with various Brochu Walker partner, consultants and agencies.
- Track campaign KPIs and compile reports using Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo.
- Conduct trend and competitive research within the fashion and luxury retail space.
- Assist marketing deparment in production needs including sample pulls, managing logistics and ad-hoc needs.
- Assist the marketing department as needed in various tasks including strategic and organizational initiatives.
Key Attributes & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, fashion, PR, or social media required.Exceptional organization and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting and open to learning.Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Proficiency with Asana, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for storytelling and a genuine appreciation for Brochu Walker’s modern, timeless aesthetic.
