Utilization Management Nurse - RN

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct timely reviews of utilization management (UM) activities and apply appropriate criteria

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Communicate UM decisions to healthcare providers and maintain accurate records of activities

Required Qualifications

Three (3) or more years of clinical nursing experience

One (1) or more years of utilization management experience

Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with confidentiality and handling sensitive information
