Position Summary :

The Service Technician is responsible for performing on-site and in-house technical services, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to company standards. The Service Technician will work closely with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure the continued operation and satisfaction with company products or services.

What you’ll do :

• Installations : Ensure all installations meet company guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance checks and service equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Repairs : Diagnose and repair technical issues, minimizing downtime.
• Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve technical problems.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate service records, including work completed and parts used.
• Safety : Follow safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training : Stay updated with new products and technologies through ongoing training.
• Inventory Management : Track and manage tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Technical Support : Offer troubleshooting and technical support to customers and team members.
