job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and / or benefits management Obtain authorization and / or prior authorization Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required). 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred). Full Time Mon-Fri (schedule varies) This is a float position. Must be willing to float between Shallowford (home clinic), Crabapple, Crossvile, Milton, Freehome and Roswell as needed. Pay Range : $16.66-$18 / hr Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position
