Position Overview

  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

    • Full time- Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm or Four -10hr days

    Responsibilities

  • Will start in customer service then will have fast progression into sales position.
  • Works the front desk, is the first to answer phone calls / greet customers in the lobby, sets appointments for Agent and other team members, follow up with customers on billing inquiries and takes payments over the phone.
  • Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (property, casualty, life and health) within 45 days of job offer.
  • Works a daily task list in our computer system
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
