Position Overview

Responsibilities
Will start in customer service then will have fast progression into sales position.Works the front desk, is the first to answer phone calls / greet customers in the lobby, sets appointments for Agent and other team members, follow up with customers on billing inquiries and takes payments over the phone.Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (property, casualty, life and health) within 45 days of job offer.Works a daily task list in our computer systemEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
