We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hubspot knowledge a PLUS

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Bilingual a PLUS

Schedule : Rotating

Monday- Fri 12-8 : 30PM

Tuesday - Friday 12-8 : 30PM & Sat 9-5 : 30

Total Compensation Range :

$16 - $18 p / h plus Uncapped Commission.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule : Rotating

Weekend availability

Ability to commute / relocate :

Eatontown, NJ : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

Call center : 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
