Responsibilities Work in a 14-bed hospital Operating Room Handles cases in Neuro, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics Utilizes advanced surgical equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics Uses Epic EMR system Required to work 2 out of 3 major winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving) Only 1 day off request allowed within 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for a variety of complex surgical specialties and robotic procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team Must provide professional reference from a supervisor within the last 2 years Compliance with specific holiday and time-off guidelines is required Returning traveler candidates may not have worked for the client within the past 12 months Requirements Active Iowa or compact state RN license required Current BLS (AHA) certification required Minimum of 3 years of recent surgical RN experience, including robotics Strong experience in Neuro, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics procedures Experience with DaVinci Xi, Mako, and / or Rosa robotic systems required Epic EMR experience preferred No first-time travelers will be considered Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-610996.
