About the Position
The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies (AYSPS) seeks an energetic, detail-oriented, and service-focused HR Officer to manage and oversee all faculty, staff, and student employment actions for the college and its units. This position serves as a trusted partner to college leadership, business managers, and central HR, providing expertise in HR policy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning aligned with the school's academic mission.
The HR Officer will supervise an HR Coordinator and collaborate with departments across the college to ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency in all HR operations. This is an in-person position based in the Dean's Office.
