Quantum Search Partners (3× Inc. 500 and 3× Washington Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree) is seeking a Practice Lead, Sales & GTM Recruiting to expand and elevate our high-performing go-to-market recruiting practice. In this role, you will own senior-level client relationships, lead complex sales and revenue-focused searches, and help grow a world-class recruiting team supporting VC / PE-backed and enterprise technology organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development, expand key accounts, and represent QSP at events, conferences, and partner engagements
- Lead executive and senior-level searches across Sales, GTM, and Revenue functions (CRO, RVP, AE, CS, RevOps, Partnerships, etc.) from intake through offer
- Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and GTM leaders on hiring strategy, process, and talent market insights
- Build, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters as we scale the practice
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and client experience rooted in clarity, speed, and execution
Qualifications
