Application Development Manager

A company is looking for an Application Development Manager to lead the DevOps / Engineering Platforms team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for engineers

Manage daily team operations, including sprint planning and workload balancing

Track and report on key delivery metrics and ensure adherence to engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles

2+ years of leadership experience (team lead, manager, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure

Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)

Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Enterprise and Kubernetes
